RWs no longer ladder-only #46

Old (pre-D2R) runewords are displayed as ladder only, whereas they are no longer restricted. I mean all of them labelled as 1.10 lad. Also, logic to assign classes (used to color rows) mixes patch in which runewords were added with ladder flag. I'd remove the patch info altogether (well, this is supposed to a handy cheat sheet, up to date with the latest version, not a history of Diablo) and only leave the ladder info.

You can leave old ladder info in #35, but neither new or legacy version needs specific patch number.

Not everyone plays D2:R.

Once #35 is implemented the new runeword table could hide the version numbers.
