Nuget

I got the package on nuget with the id MigratorDotNet. I'll be happy to 
transfer ownership to any of the contributors and/or help to get this as part 
of the build. 

Attached you will find a nuspec and the package I published. Feel free to 
modify this as you need. 

To build the package all I have to do is call 
nuget.exe pack MigratorDotNet.nuspec

The migratordotnet "tasks" folder is not included in the current nuget package. 
Its just the core libs and no tools or build targets.

The tools folder includes Migrator.Framework, MSBuild, Providers and Migrator 
itself. You would normally use these for build automation, however, the ones 
under lib/Net40 are the ones that you would normally reference from your app.

Unfortunately, the tools folder only includes the MSBuild task for build 
automation. This leaves Nant users out in the cold. I think this would be a 
good thing to include in the package.
