The package source dotnet-experiment may obsoloted #35

I can't download ILCompiler from that package source

but ILCompiler is now on nuget.org. but that one can't be used normally like when you use 

dotnet publish -r win-x64

and nothing would happen

nvm it is just "7.0.0-rc.1.22426.10" doesn't work
