What has been done:

Created Issues
Stated deleting files that didn't need to be in the repo
Modularisation:
- Move to modules (both simulation and markov)
- Created tests (simulation and some of markov)
Looked at github actions
Simulation: Waiting times taken only from Node 2 - blocking times taken only from Node 1
