Completely moved code to modules
Finished python testing
Rigorous writting on markov chain:
- Tikz picture
- Steady state expressions
Steady state expressions as a function of π
Simulation Code:
- Used BrentQ algorithm to get optimal patient distrbution
- Add parameters to limit ciw system and parking capacities
