Qualys deprecating v3 APIs with introduction of v4 API #5

It appears the current version no longer works as Qualys SSL Labs has started responding with "STATUS: 529 ERROR: the service is overloaded." for v3 API calls. I suspect it's a result of the v3 -> v4 API change announced in October 2023:

The specific issue I was seeing related to "STATUS: 529 ERROR: the service is overloaded." appears to have resolved on its own. That being said, there may be value in moving from the v3 APIs to v4 given the deprecation of v3.
