Updated deprecated material styles to conform to current convention

May I add you as a contributor? Would you be able to test and merge the most recent PRs raised by everyone else? I really apologise for not being able to respond. My schedule is jam packed. I’d be incredibly grateful if someone could help me maintain this package.

yeah i'd be glad to help. I don't really have much experience building packages. I just realised this package wasn't working with the latest version of flutter and I needed it in my app that's how come I did the updates. But it's a great package and I'm open to contribute

Awesome! Welcome aboard! It’s very similar to writing regular apps. There are just a few conventions to stick to that’s all. Please go ahead and merge your changes. Please make sure to test them as well. And if you’ve got time please review the PRs raised by other people as well.
