Adopt suggested MQTT topic approach #121

The current implementation of the MQTT topic in the project states 'WAGO-PFC200/Out/Virtuals/', yet this reflects to much the hardware used and does not really play well in the scenario of multiple devices. Therefor adopt it to: 'Devices/PLC-Home/Out/Virtuals'.
