Preprocess_category_flash_mobile_language #89

Pull request for preprocessing for issue #70 : device.deviceCategory, device.flashVersion, device.isMobile, device.language.

device.flashVersion and device.language are not available in the dataset, so they have been ignored. The encoding for device.deviceCategory already includes an encoding for isMobile, so device.isMobile is ignored.
