Tokenize Cars

Tokenize the contributors by making a contract that inherits https://github.com/OpenZeppelin/openzeppelin-contracts/blob/master/contracts/token/ERC721/ERC721.sol

The contract will tokenize cars using their serial numbers

Functionnalities:

• The contract will have a mapping from serial numbers to id
• The contract will have a register(serialNumber: string, hash: string) to create new NFT.
• The holders will be the contract itself for now
• The contract will have a mapping from id to number to keep track of the odometers and will throw an event each time it is updated.
