Contributors validate registrar identity #9

Once the registrar has validated their identity to state-2( #8 ), the user can go back to the dashboard and the see that it requires an action from his part. The user will be displayed the identity that is stored on IPFS to verify that his information were saved properly.

A button to confirm the data is valid will prompt to do a tx from his wallet to confirm on chain his identity and mint the NFT representing his identity

Done in protocol-frontend. It is missing the display of the IPFS file
