Changes to incorporate both SEDM and SEDMv2 in pysedm #15

All the sedm-specific (sedmv2) variables are now stored in sedmvariables.py (sedmkpvariables.py) and are imported in sedm.py and wavesolution.py by looking at environment variable WHICHSEDM (to be set in .bashrc)
