compatibility layer for osticket 1.9 and php 5.3 with 5.4/7.0

dont use declarative arrays from 5.4, use explicy array() sintax
fixed "Fatal error: Call to undefined function boolval()" by use implict !! conversion
dont use $this in anonymouos finction calls, use self and assume static SSO behaviour
asume php 5.3 adn 5.4/7.X compatible due functions dont have self paring arguments

this fixed #22

umm interresting, now i must track all the forum tips and fixeds to see if now are working property, due i notes canned responses does not work
