Archaeal data? #1

Linda raised a good point during a call on 2015-04-17:

Has anyone extracted archaeal markers from the metagenomic data?

It would seem odd if they weren't addressed at all in the paper.

From the EMG file released today (taxonomy_abundaces.tsv dated 5/7/2015), archaea range from 0- 31%; most are MarinegroupII. Three sites are >30% = ERR771034 (OSD178/ERS667483), ERR771030 (OSD184/ERS667480), ERR70129 (OSD185/ERS667479). All are North Sea (Belgian) sampled by Niskin. Not sure who is assigned to write up... -Kelly
