COORDINATES OSD2015 #36

Hi, could you please make available just the list with the geographic coordinates of OSD 2015 stations thanks Maria Paola

Dear @maripa,

apologies for the late reply. Yes, that should be possible. We still plan to deposit the sequence data to ENA and the environmental data to PANGAEA. However, since the project is finished, I can only do this in my own time. Feel free to remind me about the coordinates' list in two weeks, if I haven't provided it by then.

In the meanwhile through assembleplus I found the following maphub https://maphub.net/polymen/OSD2018

and I retrieved the OSD coordinates from here

we keep in touch anyway :)

I am in desperate need of the OSD 2015 environmental data - do you have any plans to upload it in the near future or could I get a hold of a copy? Any help you can offer would be much appreciated.
