Is there any data field that tells how (and whether at all) the identity of the learner was verified (e.g., through proctoring, or on-site)?

I would argue that we could extend the description of the assessment, to ask the user to also describe the means used to verify that assessment.

In the controlled vocabulary harmonisation table these means are discussed and possible user verification methods are listed (NB, this is still work in progress).
