While some of the meta-data, e.g. Field (regured, URI: esco:hasISCED-FCode), refer to existing controlled vocabularies to be used in specifying this filed, others don't. The OEPass project has established a table of proposed typologies/classifications that you can find here. We believe that these (still evolving) lists could be used as smaller meta-data standards within the existing framework.
What is the status of these controlled vocabularies? Are they finalised?
I would propose, for simplicity, that they be integrated into the next iteration of the model, after data development.
