Please help, we cannot connect to shared space for integration with Bamboo and ALM Octane

When testing connectivity from Shared space on Bamboo

error 503, connectivity test failed with unexpected failure

error 503, connectivity test failed with unexpected failure

It might be related to connectivity between Bamboo server and ALM Octane server, can you see request get to your Octane rest log from Bamboo server?
