Sign Document - Clicking "Save Signature" did not include signature(s), date(s), nor text input on the PDF #817

Clicked the "Save Signature" link on the top bar on multi-page doc instead of the "Save Signature" link on the bar with Font Size adjusters, and the PDF was not saved with user input.

When user does not input content for Input Text box, then saves, the PDF does not have user input for signature or sign date.

This seems to be happening after a file with the same file name (which becomes Title) is uploaded again for signature request, even when the file is sent to another person. Still happens when the file was deleted from Inbox Files and Sent Files.
