admin/options - Login Time Out: The configuration setting should be for automatic log out for x amount of time inactive, NOT maximum session time before automatic logout. #846

User was in the middle of uploading files and was logged out.

This is not supposed to be maximum session time, then automatically log user out. This is suppose to be automatic log out after X amount of time the user is inactive for a session.
