Support for Merge #479

Feature request here - could support for merge statements be added? I'm currently involving a stored procedure to do this, but i'd like to make use of the nitty gritty orm aspects of microlite?

I'm not overly familiar with MERGE, is it supported by all the database servers MicroLite targets?
