WYSIWYG note type/editor #191

I really like the overall idea of MicroPad, yet I'm not a big fan of Markdown. Would it be possible to integrate a visual rich text editor like Quill?

I've tried in the past and there have always been issues around spellcheck and offline usage.

It's definitely something worth looking into though, I quite like the idea of a "focus mode" or something which brings the markdown element editor full screen or something.
