• fend has been moved into an NPM package

Before release there's still the following to do:

• [x] @printfn the fend naming conventions in JS should be changed to camelCase
• [x] @NickGeek the MicroPad version number needs to get bumped
• [x] @NickGeek validate if MacOS electron supports data lists now
