Describe the bug Reopening notes on start-up from encrypted notebooks fails (shows an error dialog saying "Error opening notepad")

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Open an encrypted notebook
  2. Open a note
  3. Close MicroPad
  4. Open MicroPad
  5. Error shows up

Expected behaviour There should be a prompt for the password and the note should load after the password is entered
