Using AntSDR UHD on macOS? #81

Does the AntSDR device work under macOS? Are there any notes or documentation on how to run it there?

The README has instructions for Linux, but nothing for macOS:

Would be good if somebody who has tried it can confirm if it works or not, or how they got it working? =)

Also - is it possible to clarify if the stock UHD drivers from Ettus would work with say, the AntSDR E200?

Or what modifications need to be made to have it work?
