added zh_CN translation #4

Added the Chinese translation of the protocol content.

Amazing, thank you so much. I will try to have some mandarin speakers give this a quick review.

The spec isn't final and will have changes coming up, so we'll need to port over the new changes eventually. But this is great to have.

I'll make sure to keep an eye out for the upcoming changes to the specifications and will be ready to update the pull request as needed. Also, having Mandarin speakers review it sounds like a fantastic idea to ensure everything is on point. Looking forward to any further feedback or suggestions you might have!
