@hanseouloh92 not just yet. How would you like this to work in Python? It would involve providing a mapping between the Pandas column(s) and the attribute using some type of list or dictionary.
I was thinking using a dictionary would be best. Currently, I've been developing hypercards and using mstrio to create datasets. But I lose the multiform attribute functionality so I'm restricted to very specific strings for hypercards.
I was hoping to use @ID , @Desc in the column label in dataframe to create forms....The problem is that everytime you update a dataset created using mstrio, you loose the linking to project objects, which is very annoying
Hi, sorry for late update. We don't support forms in mstrio. There is a plan to work on this but it's not our top priority at the moment.
Hi , is there any update on this ? i believe that this almost renders the supercube oject to be close to un-usable for HyperCards and that is very disappointing as it is the current buzz and market very strongly by the company. since most cards use more than 1 attribute form as a search\match data values (synonym) , cube becomes almost useless for a main product scenario.
hope this priority changes soon.
Hi @nadavneu, I'll update you on Monday when I can gather more information about the topic and current priorities.
thanks for the quick response, please make sure you pass on the scenario with the Hyper .
i was thrilled when the mstrio came out , and was looking forward to utilize it for a more "near realtime" scenarios,
it was very disappointing to find out mid-way that it is so limited (and the option to create a "multi-form" attribute from data import exists for 3 years or saw from the web interface.
it seems like a small gap to breach to finalize this API endpoint.
@nadavneu We're looking into this and our current priorities. I'll update you as soon as there's the decision about forms.
@nadavneu Thank you for your real-life feedback - we are listening to it. Our Product Management will put this new feature onto the delivery roadmap. At this moment the delivery date is unknown, but we will update the issue when it's known.
Appreciate the update. Since mstrio is one of the products with the fastest rate in mstr suite, i hope to see it very soon.

Hi @nadavneu, we're looking to resolve this issue. If the issue is still relevant, please could you provide more detailed description, including types of object affected and expected/desired workflow.
Hi @nadavneu, the issue has been resolved.
i appreciate the update , thanks

Is there a way to define attribute forms before sending the dataframe into microstrategy?
