Debug NotePad popup - Tracing causes memory issues must make the notepad popup idea optional via a parameter to avoid 1000 notepads with lots of data making the server run out of memory

Add in trace to file in realtime by default

2020.12.2.26 addresses this the notepad popup is off by default
