manual disable of sample strategies #39

Don't know if this is intended or not...but when I manually disable either of the sample strategies the orders are cancelled but the position is not closed.

Otherwise... Great Work...thank you SO MUCH

Thats controlled by the NinjaTrader platform - you could add a section on Terminate to try close positions etc
