Unexpected unicode error when uploading results #142

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I added 217.116.227.8, 217.116.227.58, 212.242.40.3, 212.242.40.51, 
77.243.34.11, 77.243.34.71, 198.153.192.1, 198.153.194.1 DNS servers for testing
2. I included global and best regional DNS servers and asked for censorship 
checks and to share result
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the HTML report, but got an error 'utf8 Sønderborg 1 6 {unsupported 
Unicode code range}

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 1.31 on Win Xp Pro SP3 (Build 2600.xpsp_sp3_gdr.100216-1514 : Service 
Pack 3) Danish language

Please provide any additional information below.

Problem isn't occuring when I unselect 'Upload and share results'.

Thanks. It indeed looks to be related to the upload/share results feature. 
namebench is detecting your geographic location as Sønderborg, and for some 
reason the unicode/utf-8 conversion isn't happening as it should when relaying 
this information to the results service. I will take a look at it soon.

Just a question: How long does "soon" mean? Your last comment is from Jun 14, 
2010. If I made no mistake reading my calendar, today is Apr 28, 2013 (i.e. 
almost three years later) and that issue still does not appear to be resolved.
