Right now we are struggling with calibrating the model configurations to a data set. While we've included functions in the package it is unclear what data set we should be calibrating to and the source of this data set.

Oak Ride SFA data set - https://tes-sfa.ornl.gov/node/80

Soil Respiration and Microbial Biomass from Soil Incubations with 13C Labeled Additions, the data set should include stuff from different sites, and we would want to fit to the time series separately. Check the MEND documentation manuscript for what they used, it should be the similar data. We are only looking at the control data.

MEND documentation manuscript the SI will have the initial conditions and information.
