[FEATURE] Implement read_humann Function to Scrape Directory and Save Data as SummarizedExperiment

A proposal to implement the read_humann function in our package. This function is intended to read humann output with funcional annotation and sample counts and then add it into a SummarizedExperiment object.

Here's a checklist of functionalities that the read_humann function should incorporate:

• [x] Check file path exists
• [x] Check file has correct columns
• [x] Check rpk and transform to cpm if is needed
• [x] Init a SE and put cpm object insede it
• [ ] Slot names: humann_rpk & humann_cpm
• [x] Check metadata input: exists, rownames %in% colnames assay, one annotation column
