Implement a function to read and check the genefamilies.tsv file generated by humann3.

• Function name: read_gfam
• Iput: the function expects a .tsv file containing the abundance of gene families data generated by humann3 (PRK or CPM units)
• Output: the function will return the parsed data as a tibble
