Driver availability in Linux kernel mainstream any version #60

Does driver available as part of any version of mainstream Linux kernel ? I could see ksz9477 related files in some version of mainstream kernel but not sure if complete functionality is available in with that. In case, if not available, is there any plan in place as of now ?

I'd like to follow up on that. Does anyone want to mainline the drivers / at least some parts of it?
