Lacking the ability to update the content manager #3

Should be self explanatory: i can't find a way to update the content manager that isn't manually downloading the repo whenever there is an update

@JPortici , content manager is updated today only when used through the MPLAB X plugin. We are investigating on how to it could update itself when used standalone.
