Updated FreeRTOS to latest version #37

MCC is packing FreeRTOS v10.5.1 which was released in November 2022. The latest is 11.0.1 now: https://github.com/FreeRTOS/FreeRTOS-Kernel/releases

@htcrane , Thanks for reporting this issue. The latest FreeRTOS v11.0.1 (https://github.com/FreeRTOS/FreeRTOS-Kernel/releases) support will be added in the upcoming H3 core v3.14.0 release.
