When MHC3 is open on a second MPLABX instance , the first instance loses the 'Options' (path, launch, etc...)

Hello,

We have repeatedly noticed that when MHC3 is open on a second MPLABX instance , the first instance loses all relevant plugin 'Options':

• Harmony Path
• Framework Launch Path
• Window Manager

Our user-set settings are MPLABX Path / Standalone.
