SkyHanni now replaces SBA's Parse Enchant Tooltips #158

As of 0.25 Beta 13, SkyHanni now includes Enchant Parsing, SBA style. However, we link to Modrinth right now, which only has full releases of SkyHanni, instead of GitHub or Discord, which has betas.

I asked @hannibal002 and he said that we should just keep this PR open until full release, at which point the PR should be merged.
