Add Emotecraft as an alternative for Essential's Emotes

Please make all your changes in a feature branch instead of main

This was in the readme, but I got confused about feature branch since all other branches seem really really old

This PR adds Emotecraft as an alternative for Essential's emote feature.

You can make, and download custom emotes, and they will be sent to other people using the mod.

There's a fork for 1.21.x since the official mod hasn't been updated for a while.
