Fix scoreboard positioning issues #2

I've been trying this mod out and it's good for my scoreboard customizing needs on modern versions but there are two features I believe would make it better:

1. Remove blank space left by removing score

When the "Remove Score" option is turned on, while the numbers are not rendered, the scoreboard's width does not shrink to reflect their absence. The ability to have the width of the scoreboard not include space for the hidden numbers would be a nice visual enhancement. see #3

  1. Ability to move the scoreboard

A rather self explanatory feature, the ability to reposition the scoreboard anywhere on screen would be a great enhancement to the mod.

separated into two issues for better tracking. ive added position, but its honestly jank as hell. i'll release it as is for the next release but i really want to fix it up at some point. ill update this issue when that time comes

i'll fix this up a bit tomorrow, such as trying to clamp values so they wont go off the screen depending on gui scale. or i might just release it as is depending on that complexity.

further more have to think about left/right side of screen. vanilla's always grows outwards to the left, but this is a problem if someone wants to set their scoreboard to the left side of the screen. that's a much more complicated issue to solve so we'll see if i even end up trying to fix that later
