Need to deal with different image sizes. #2

I hacked microscope to return a 2kx2k image. The resultant images are much to big to fit on my screen. I think we need to be able to specify an initial window size, scale images to this, and rescale if the window size changes.

Additionally non square images give very strange results. eg 2048x50
