Adaptive Card Viewer not available on VS Code Extension Marketplace #154

When I search for 'Adaptive Card Viewer' no official extension shows up. I get a matching result for the name, but it's icon and publisher are different. When I search specifying 'Microsoft' as the publisher, I don't get anything like it either.

Right, there´s just this extension available: Adaptive Card Viewer, tomlm.vscode-adaptivecards Tom Laird-McConnell, Adaptive Card Viewer for Visual Studio Code.

Installed it, but does not work on my machine... when I try CTRL + V + A, I get an error command 'markdown.extension.togglePreview' not found

Anyone else running into this?

Same here, after 13 months and nothing changed

Hi there, with the Adaptive Card Viewer extension installed, can you try pressing F1 to open the command palette, and search for Adaptive Card Viewer and let me know if that works. Maybe the hotkey binding is incorrectly documented?

Hello @matthidinger I'm unable to find the 'Adaptive Card Viewer' extension that is publish by Microsoft in visual studio code, I do see some non-MS ones though!

@nalhemyariirexorg hi there, the Adaptive Card Viewer by Tom Laird-McConnell is the one to use, he is an employee at Microsoft. We don't have an official account for publishing so I apologize that isn't obvious

jwittner commented 4 years ago

@matthidinger - if that’s the right one then my request would be the docs are updated to show that rather than the current screenshot/wording which shows/says Microsoft is the publisher.

nalhemyariirexorg commented 4 years ago

Imported the extension then used (F1). it will be nice if MS get their own account to publish extensions, thank you

jwittner commented 4 years ago

@nalhemyariirexorg - there’s is definitely an official Microsoft publisher account, Adaptive Cards just need to get into that channel. =)
