I'm trying to create a portfolio max conversions bid strategy using Bing Ads Java SDK referred this document: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/advertising/campaign-management-service/maxconversionsbiddingscheme?view=bingads-13 It shows that I can set two params: Max Cpc & Target Cpa.
But when I using Bing Ads UI to create this portfolio max conversion bid strategy, it only shows Max Cpc, I can not set the Target Cpa. Which behavior is right?
