how to Create an Azure AD Web-Application #624

Article says "Create an Azure AD Web-Application" but doesn't say anything about how to create it. It can be obvious for someone who knows what's going on but that someone wouldn't need to read this guide.

IT should be more spesific.

Thank you again for your comment. There is a link to the instructions on how to create the app at the end of the steps. We've updated the text to make that link more clear.
