Replaced "https://cordovahostedweb-starter.azurewebsites.net/" with "https://YOUR-HOSTED-WEB-APP-URL" to match other docs.

@mwd-au thanks for the PR. unfortunately recent directory structure changes required to implement side-by-side version support has created a merge conflict. we value your contribution, and have included it in this new PR https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/CordovaDocs/pull/26.
