No scripts or css in www folder #39

I am starting using ionic and so it may be my fault for lack of undestanging but i followed the steps and when it asked me to put the scripts in the www/scripts and the content in www/css i realized i didnt had the folder and even if i create it i dont have the files that are supposed to be there
