Can't find a Cordova workload to install!

@schleiff I doubt its still available - the Cordova project releases frequent updates, so the workload from three years ago won't be up to date for the latest Cordova. The recommended approach for Cordova development is to use the Cordova extension for Visual Studio Code: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=msjsdiag.cordova-tools
