@robertmclaws , thanks for the updates. However, the docs team guidelines recommends that we use Sentence casing for items in ToC. There are some changes in your PR which do make sense like changing "enum member" to "Enum member". i will take the change locally and cherry pick. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/style-guide/scannable-content/headings#formatting-headings
