SCCM update stuck Configuration Manger 1802

Looking to find support with my SCCM installation. there was an update that i pushed to install 1802. It says installing but it has been months now. The package looks to be in the easy.payload folder but it says that it needs to download, but also that it has confirmed that it is already downloaded.

Use Microsoft Support to search for the issue, or open a case with professional support.
Contact your Microsoft Premier team, such as a Premier Field Engineer or Technical Account Manager.
