Should ConfigMgr site be stopped with preinst.exe prior to moving database to availability group? thanks

Thanks @MaksLV for the question. In the section To configure a site to use the availability group it's just running setup. I think when you use setup to perform maintenance like moving the database it stops the site. Otherwise I think we would have explicitly listed that as a step, as it's explicitly stated for other actions.
